Today, many people are instructed, however – or maybe, exactly for this reason –  unable to be creative.  

And just a few people, unistructed though, are so lucky to be touched by the inspiration of creativity. 
Why? Which is the difference and the radical separation between knowledge and creativity? And, is today's supposed high culture able to consider all of this, fostering creativity?
